Saving our Environment:-

The environment is the problem area not only before the developing nations but before the world as a whole. all the living beings on this earth are directly affected by the slightest change in the environment. Nature, of its own, keeps all its elements in proper balance. But man's interference in its basic structure is very much responsible for the pollution of the environment. The industries established by men are responsible for a large extent for the degeneration of the environmental conditions of the globe. The black smoke emitting through the dragon chimneys, the waste material of the mills and factories are contaminating our water resources like rivers, tranks, and lakes. The coal and petroleum products burnt in factories are responsible for the increase of carbon dioxide which is also responsible for damaging the ozone layer which protects us again ultraviolet rays of the sun. As a result, the temperature of the globe is day by day increasing posing threats for our survival. Therefore, it is necessary to save our environment again different kinds of pollutions by our sincere most efforts. The best way would be to plant more and more trees and make our mills and factories pollution-free and not to interfere the nature and its system for our immediate interests.

Hindu Homes and Art:-

Indian art was the collective expression of the racial experiences of the people. It was truly national in character. it was not divorced from life. The ideals of the nation were the ideals of art and they were well understood by the people. We find a glimpse of art in Hindu homes. The beautiful rangoly designs drawn by Hindu women every morning on the thresholds of their homes different patterns of the pots of brass and copper and lamps depict this art. The lovely garlands of deities, designs of sarees, and other household articles invest Hindu homes with the beauty of this art.

 03) Vedic Literature 

Vedic Literature:-

Vedic literature is supposed to be the oldest literature of the world except for some books of Mesopotamia and Egypt. The Vedas of India are four in number. the oldest is the Rigveda which has ten thousand stanzas divided into ten cycles or mandals. The second important Veda is Sam Veda which has almost 1875 hymns. These songs can be sung melodiously. the third compilation in Yajur Veda. In it, Brahmanical rituals are described. the last of all is Atharava Veda which has some parts regarding sorcery and magic. There are about 6,000 matras is this book. Moreover, there are some more tretises on these Vedas which are known as Brahmanies, Aryanaks, and the Upanishads.

Advantages of trees:-

Trees are our greatest friends. We can not think of life around us if there are no trees. trees bring rains. they also control floods and soil erosion. they not only supply us with oxygen which is essential for our sustenance, but they also suck in all the carbon dioxide which is very injurious to human health.
                The greenery of the tree gives pleasure to our eyes. Trees are our greatest beneficiaries. They give us different kinds of fruits, herbs, and other types of by-products besides the timber which we very proudly use in the form of decorative furniture and interior decoration. This is in fact, misuse and exploitation of trees. When we cut the trees ruthlessly, we forget that we are inviting our doom's day ourselves. This green cover earth is disappearing at a very rapid pace, leaving problems for us.

Pollution:-

Man has made great progress with the help of science or supplying him with several necessary things. But the progress of science and technology seriously disturbing the life - system balance. Nature has been suffering for the past several hundred years. The increased industrial activity has brought along the air, water, and noise pollution. These pollutions are making little difficult and resulting into poor health and several diseases. One of the chief air pollutants is smoke from our factories and is harmful to our lungs. The ever-rising number of vehicles spreading fuel smoke is also polluting the air. Human wastes, animal bathing, industries wastes, etc. are polluting water Atomic tests are also polluting the atmosphere. if we have not checked these pollutions it would become impossible for people to survive. The factories and mills must be erected outside the cities. Vehicles should be tuned to produce less smoke. Dirty things should not be allowed to mix in water. The anti-pollution laws are being made. Our government and people have become aware of the problem. We must fully co-operate in making our environment neat and clean.
